This option allows you to try out staff onsite at your facility performing the duties of the position you need. With no commitment from you to hire the person as a permanent conversion you can decide if the person is a good fit, before the permanent conversion. In the event the person is not a desirable fit for you, we will find another candidate.

Per Diem allows your facility to adjust or supplement your staff to ongoing headcount fluctuations. This option provides additional highly skilled professionals without having to maintain the strain of higher salaries on your budget. This option also provides support to your existing core staff to cover temporary staff fluctuations without impacting your annual budget unnecessarily with full-time permanent, temporary, or contract staff. Utilize this option – on a short or long term basis with full- or part-time staff – to cover unplanned absences or planned absences of necessary roles since business never stops.
